  Tried out the restaurants and casino. Convenient location to the strip and the room was very comfortable

  Was memorial weekend and hotel was full of young people who were partying. Due to noise levels, sleeping wasn't too easy.

  restaurants were of a very high standard.

  staff were rude and unwilling to help.we were put in a standard room despite paying for an upgraded room in the west wing. Once we had returned from this room which was situated at the opposite end of the hotel to the west wing, we pointed out that our room was not what we paid for and were rudely told that the room appointed was a better room, we know this was a standard room as we done research before booking. We truley beleive that because we were young the hotel tried to take advantage of us and i beleive this has happened before. Most staff on the hotel floor did not want to help on directions or anything of that sort infact the worst staff we have even known in a hotel, this was not an isolated situaton but in general.

  This was an excellent location and had easy access to the monorail. Had food available and was less tacky than some of the other hotels on the Vegas Strip.

  There was no tea/coffee or room snacks available in the room although there was a wide choice of room service.

  Well Ive been to Vegas numerous times but this was my first time at the MGM Grand. I can say that it is easy to get lost in the casino/hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was remarkable at accomdating the needs that my guest & I had. I will stay there again if the price is right.

  The only thing i really didnt like was definetly the maze effect, easy to get lost.

  It was convienent for the MGM Grand Garden arena.

  I thought the rooms would be a little "grander" considering the price. And internet was $5 to log on and then $1 per minute ! Very expensive !

  they did't tell us the exact amount we should pay .we sign only for the amount of booking .com At the bank we found another charge which they call it" for the first night,in addvance" but actualy it was tax

  A huge hotel,with all sorts of services which are synonymous with any of the large Vegas hotels. Nice just to go and see the sheer size of the complex. Pool area was great, numerous pools and a lazy river.

  Upon check in receptionist wasn't the most friendly or helpful. The room which was situated in the main hotel was starting to look a little worn and show it's age. Tables were chipped,old raw plugs left in wall where shelves had been moved and an old crt tv (not flat screen) which was a little fuzzy on some channels. The pools were very nice,but a good 5 mins walk through the casino,then through a food court area and then through the shops to get to it which is less than ideal. One of the pool areas we couldn't check out as it's only open towards the weekend.
